Move-in Information
Saturday, January 9, 2027
Students will be assigned a move-in date of Saturday, January 9. Housing assignments and move-in details will be sent to students in December.

Boston Orientation Information
Monday, January 11, 2027
- Husky 101 Boston Orientation is mandatory for students and optional for family members.
- Because student attendance is mandatory, no pre-registration is required. Attendance verification will take place at Orientation Check-in.
- Student sessions: Exploring & Knowing Your Boston Campus, Resources & Services, and Student Involvement & Engagement Offerings
- Family sessions: Residential Life, Northeastern Police, University Health and Counseling Services, Student Financial Services, Husky Card, and Dining Options
Welcome Week (Students Only)
Saturday, January 9 – Saturday, January 16, 2027
- Look forward to our signature welcome event, The Winter Blast!
- Engage in student programs and events to meet and reunite with friends, explore campus and the city of Boston, and prepare for the spring semester.
