Online registration for Family & Friends Weekend is now closed. Families and friends can register at Check-In in the Curry Student Center Indoor Quad, first floor. See details below.

• There’s a registration fee of $25 per adult guest. This fee covers programming costs and parking (on a first-come, first-served basis).
• There is no registration fee for Northeastern students or for children 12 and under.
• All activities and events are complimentary, except for select ticketed Boston excursions.
• Everyone is welcome! If your student has a friend who doesn’t have a visiting family member, register them along with your family for added fun. If your student is abroad or across the country, come and connect with the Boston community.

Once on campus, let us know that you’re here! Check-In takes place in the Curry Student Center Indoor Quad, first floor. Check in by the primary registrant’s name.

• Friday, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.

• Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (in Ell Hall, Room 101)

At Check-In, registered guests will receive:

• A program schedule specifying session locations and details on ticketed events.
• Pre-purchased Boston excursion tickets.
• A parking coupon/barcode for exiting the 795 Columbus Avenue garage without charge. The same barcode can be used throughout the weekend.
• A discount coupon that can be used at the University Campus Store.

Complimentary parking is available in Northeastern’s 795 Columbus Avenue Garage. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and for registered guests only.

Hours: Friday, October 23 – Sunday, October 25 from 5:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Should complimentary parking reach capacity, families can choose to park in the nearby pay facility, Renaissance Garage at 835 Columbus Avenue. Please note that we are unable to validate parking tickets from pay garages.

Registered guests will pick up their parking coupon at Family & Friends Weekend Check-In, located in the Curry Student Center Indoor Quad.

The Family & Friends experience is yours to design. Create a schedule that specializes in your family’s interests:

• Join signature programs like Spookapella, our Fall Festival pumpkin patch, and S’mores by Starlight!
• Explore campus gems by touring our research facilities, curated selection of public art, and Northeastern’s Arboretum.
• Additional offerings include College Conversations, family fitness activities, and options of nightly entertainment. And of course, we’ve sprinkled in Boston excursions for those wanting to explore the city.

Events are subject to change. When you arrive on campus, you will be provided the final program schedule specifying event locations, as well as receive any pre-purchased tickets.

As you register for Family & Friends Weekend, you’ll have the option to pre-register for college events and pre-purchase tickets to select Boston excursions.

• College events require pre-registration for planning purposes only.

• Select Boston excursions require a ticket, which can be pre-purchased during the time of registration:
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and reach capacity quickly.
  • Before purchasing, check with your student on their class schedule and workload. Classes are in session.

Pre-purchased tickets will be available for pick-up on campus at Family & Friends Weekend Check-In, located in the Curry Student Center Indoor Quad, first floor.

Northeastern is located within walking distance or a short drive from many hotels in the greater Boston area. We encourage you to make hotel reservations in advance.
