Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Director of Orientation and graduate student Orientation Coordinators (OCs) with the design and implementation of Orientation training sessions, rehearsals, and retreat.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to Orientation Leaders (OLs), facilitating team bonding and instilling positive team dynamics.
- Assist professional staff with Husky 101 Boston Orientation programs including inventory management, materials prep, logistics, and social media strategy.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and campus partners.

Requirements
- Must have previous experience as an Orientation Leader.
- Must be a full time, undergraduate student on the Boston campus.
- Must be in good academic and judicial standing with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.
- Must be available in Boston from mid-May through early August. Programming resumes on the last week of August after an extended break.
- Cannot be enrolled in co-op or have another full-time job. Flexibility for online classes and on-campus research.
- Must have lived on the Boston campus for at least one semester.
