Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and campus partners (in-person, phone, email, social media).
- Support communications initiatives including social media campaigns, website and app content management, graphic design, and video editing. Superior ability to proofread and edit communications is required.
- Provide administrative support including inventory management, budget reconciliation management, and technical support.
- Support student leadership and development initiatives.

Requirements

- Must maintain a consistent, high level of professionalism and customer service excellence; poised, courteous, helpful, and must be able to manage confidential information.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, take initiative, be innovative, and work independently under tight and moving deadlines.
- Experience with or technical aptitude for office, website, graphic design, and video editing software (Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) preferred.
- Ability to move/lift light program materials.
- Previous office, communications, and programming experience preferred.
